Re: First Long Range Rifle SAVAGE 308 First of all... Ditch the moly... It decreases your velocity... Its also a total PITA to clean out of a gun... Believe me I made the mistake of running moly through my first gun... It took 3 range trips and 3 cleanings to get the bore spotless again.
