Ok i am planning a build on a small action and trying to choose barrel contour an a stock. On the Stock i need it light weight( Bell and Carlson mountain or on a HS Precision or a HI TECH ) Or what ever i can find......Wanted to run a # 2 Contour but if i use a HS the barrel channel is bigger...

Ok guys im wanting to do a 338 Lapua Improved and shoot the 200 grainers at high velocity. Is there anyone out there chambering for this round with the lighter bullets concerning the difference in the 300 grain to the 200 grain throate...Also i have a 1-12 twist carbon wrapped barrel for this build.

Anyone tried one of these? A friend just picked one up last night and is going to play with it some. This scope looks to offer alot in the $1000.price range and clicks felt really well. Are we missing something here but I think this looks to be a nice setup for hunting

Anyone bedded one of these..The spot where the clip feed would go do i need to relieve this area after bedding in the stock. It relly looks good but i since a little stress and think it may be this area. any help would be good.

on a manum bolt face bolt with m16 extractor how much clearance on the counterbore in the barrel end to function correctly....Stock would be .700 plus 5 or .010 but for a m16 extractor how much more?
