Watch Out for Scammers!
We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
The original OD Green one. When they redo the action they want to re-bed it in a fresh stock so they use the latest model. Again I would call them and see what they say.
Newer stock. Turn time was less than two weeks. Just call them and they will give you an RMA. Oh and they upgraded the trigger as well. All for free. Hard to gripe. Sent the test shot back too.
My 16 inch LMT MWS CL barrel shoots 168 way better than 175. FGMM was at 2512 FPS. Noticed about a 1 inch poi change between suppressed vs not with that load. The black AMAX 168 had almost zero change in impact point with can on or off. So it’s what I’m going to use. Have not chronographed...
Serbu here. Recoil is less than a lightweight 300 win mag. But the blast is fearsome. I prefer earplugs and muffs. It feels more like launching a payload when you see an API or INC (blue tip) and it hammers steel. We shoot it at the farm on July 4.
I was assigned to be a drug control officer in Korea. Another LT and I conducted a piss test& used blue ink on the bottle seals and labels. Drove 1 hour to camp Casey. Division wanker refused the whole load b/c we didn’t use black ink. Showed him the booklet that said black or blue. He said...
People amend trusts all the time. If you can do it for a trust that holds a farm, stocks, houses, why not nfa items. The atf has zero say in the trust laws of any given state. As long as you are in compliance with your state’s respective trust laws, then you are in compliance. I find it of low...
Yes you can change beneficiaries and trustees. That’s why I was wondering what the hell they were doing with 41F. Anybody with a ounce of creativity can manipulate their trusts to work around “their” intent.
I’ve shot a Barrett with an elite iron can. I thought it substantially reduced the recoil. It might have just been perception based on the SUBSTANTIAL reduction in muzzle blast. I was super impressed with the result.
I can’t remember but it came off easily enough. I pinched the rifle between my knees and the wrench broke the seal easily enough. I don’t even think I had to use a rubber mallet on the wrench if I recall correctly.
So you want to score low (<4) on phase 2 and score high (4+) on phase 3 to be a SBR and then be able to get the free registration? Am I reading that right??
I’m trying to figure out how you prove the weapon was in your trust. I have a real trust (revocable trust set up for my estate) set up by a law firm last year. This is not a gun specific trust but a full blown thirty page trust. I signed an assignment giving “all my personal property into it...
I disagree very respectfully. Why not register the SBR if it’s tied to a weapon you bought on the market through a NICS check. They already know you got it under the NICS check. It will only increase the value and then you can use it without worrying.
