Re: .308 loads for "doing it all" That's a great point. Yup, my Weatherby is a little longer than the true short actions, so I've never had a problem. If someone prefers hunting with the true short actions, then the standard RL-15 and 180 Gr. Nosler Partition is never a bad bet...- Woodsmack
