Had to put one of our boys (Shitzhu mix) down last week with congestive heart failure. Breaks my heart. Those of you with small dogs will probably experience more congestive heart failure than those with big dogs. We learned he had heart issues about 3-4 years ago. Started feeding him...
Just lurking… Have any of you had a full bloodwork panel done while eating a ketogenic diet? Long term health effects on kidneys etc. I know some people who are really into Keto and swear it’s super healthy but I haven’t seen any real person data yet other than the weight loss that occurs...
What is your load for that? If you don’t mind sharing…. I had 43gr of H4350 with hammer Hunters 124gr at around 2800 or so. Have some varget that I was thinking about trying next time I load some.
2nd Gen Sequoia doesn’t have a lot of the extras. Mine is a SR5 premium which gets me leather, heated seats and 18” wheels. It doesn’t have Apple CarPlay or any fancy stuff. Mileage isn’t that bad at 18-19 on the highway for the power it has. Can comfortably hold as many people as it has...
Find some Hornady American Gunner 140gr. Or 140ELDM. Both should shoot fairly well in that gun. Shoot the gun stock and see how you do. Upgrading the stock will really only make the Tikka more comfortable for you, probably not more accurate. The Tikka factory stocks work fairly well for...
My XLR Element weights 9lbs with a Tikka Superlite 6.5cm. That’s the aluminum chassis, regular adjustable buttstock, Bushnell 6500 and Magpul bipod. I have not hunted with this stock yet, but I purchased due to having had hunted with other types. The biggest thing I like about the stock is...
The Dewalt chainsaw works great for cutting around the house. Also works great riding in the back of the SUV when up in the mountains and you need to clear the road to keep going. No gas can in the back and two batteries should handle anything that wont make you turn around. Was pleasantly...
I’ve never used suspenders. I’m sure if running and gunning they may help. I run a pretty minimal setup so it doesn’t bounce much when moving. I will add 3/4 of activities I use it for is just static holster work when it’s cold outside. Has never been a problem when I have moved around...
Been using a HSGI battle belt for a long time. Works great strapping over a heavy winter coat and the neoprene keeps the belt from moving around too much unless you are ninja rolling and stuff. Mine has held up well and can attach anything to it.
pretty good deal for this pack. I bought a used one with the old frame and it was 350 a few years ago. If you need a pack that is comfortable, take a look at this. Bump
Ha, we are dirty and foul mouthed. Luckily I work for a company where we have a great relationship with the engineers and they value our input and listen when we tell them something will or wont work. Not like that anywhere else in my area.
Zero Tolerance makes some cool designs and are solid, but they will weigh down one side of your pants in a noticeable way compared to a Benchmade or Kershaw.
