Re: Who can ask for papers? I almost forgot... Most cops don't have any idea about NFA stuff. More often than not the question asked is more of a curiosity thing being poorly phrased. Somebody who is squared away and has all of their stuff can teach a lot of information to somebody who does...
Re: Who can ask for papers? I am a cop and have been so for a while now... I have 2 Form 1 suppressors on a trust and both have a fancy $200 stamp on the top of the paper. My Form 1s are almost a right of passage and I am rather proud of them. My job as a cop is to find the bad guys. The...
Re: Millet Scopes, does anyone of experience ? I have one on my Howa .243 budget-build. I built this gun to see if I wanted to pursue long range shooting. I think that it's best application is for people interested into getting the long range sport, but unwilling to sink a bunch of money...
Re: H-59 or G2dmr...? "It's too busy for me" As my friend once asked/told me about the H59... If you see a hot naked girl in a window, are you even going to notice the blinds?
Re: will a 223 suppressor work with a 22lr? I shoot my .22 LR through my stainless .223 can regularly. The .22 is a filthy round, so a regular cleaning is advisable. I would NOT shoot a .223 through an aluminum .22 can. Most of those are very thin-walled, small-diameter aluminum tubes. My...
Re: JUNE 25TH NC DESIGNATED MARKSMAN MATCH Is the list full yet? I have been dragging my feet on registration. I have a partner and we both need to register. Thanks!

Re: millet scopes I have the Millett 4x16 Mil-Dot on my budget .243 Howa. I like it a lot for what it is. I have stretched it out to 960 yds and it performed quite well for a $400 scope. Its a good option to see if you want to go play with the big boys without spending loads of money only...
...I like the new site layout... Well, I finally finished building my first "Sniper" rifle. (I quote the word sniper because I am not a sniper and this rifle will most likely never see any sniper-time) I like it so far... It is heavy, but that equates to shooting comfort. The bolt slides very...
Re: Millett LRS-1 Illuminated reticle My rifle should be here tomorrow and then I can mount this TRS and go shoot sometime next week. ...I hate waiting for new gear and guns!!!
Re: $3 Krylon SPSV Not to beat a dead horse or anything... But that is an outstanding job on the paint. The whole project looks like you have done a great job also. I'll bet that is a fun boom-stick.
Re: Millett LRS-1 Illuminated reticle I just bought the TRS-1 4-16x50 from Opticsplanet.net ($340.00). It should arrive in the mail on the 14th and I am excited. I have read nothing but good things about the scope. The 1st Generation apparently had a few annoying kinks to be worked out, but...
