Just have a quick question as to why I see Rem bolts for sale all the time without the receivers? What is the advantage to buying a PT&G bolt and selling the original bolt that came with the action?

Is anyone necking down the new Lapua 308 Palma brass with the small primer pocket to use in there 260 rifle? Curious if there is any advantage in less verticle and ES with the small primers.

So for you guys that are shooting a 308, are you happier with the 155 SMK Palma bullet, or the 175gr SMK. I am looking at getting a 5R, but if the 155gr Palma is not the ticket, I will go with a 260. Any feedback is appreciated.
