Alan, IT will be structured like the CUP. There are 6 stages to complete each day, you will all be separated into 5-6 man squads for rotation. 5 minute stages...no big rush however the time will go quickly! Lets see as far as food...there is a little diner in Oakley. Kamas has much better...
