    Re: Difference in Federal Bulk Box Color I have heard that the manufacturers have different quality standards for the big box stores. EXAMPLE: BLUE BOX RED BOX etc etc. Walmart Cabelas etc etc in order to keep the cost down... I DONT KNOW HOW TRUE THAT IS. Kinda like Kellogs Cereal or Sams...
