Re: holster belt? I have the Bianchi AccuMold duty belt and the velcro pants belt with the nylon keepers. Doesn't sound like you will need much more than that. Galls.com is where I bought it, I should say my agency bought it. You may want to shop around.

Re: eotech or aimpoint I like my Eotech. I have also never heard a bad thing about the Aimpoint M4. See if you can find a shop or a buddy, that will let you shoot theirs before buying. I do believe the Eotech has faster target acquisition, but I am sure that is a personal preference issue...
