I have been loading my 175's to max mag length with fairly good success. I loaded up 10 rounds today that are about 0.005" off the lands. Has any one had the illumination turn on in their scope while shooting. Mine has loosened up to the point that it turns on by the third shot and I have to keep turning it back off. Just wondering if they is an easy adjustment to make as I dont want to send it in.

I dont have a chronograph yet. If anyone is shooting a 308 with a 24" barrel, 175 smk's with re-15(44.5) how fast are they moving? Please only that bullet and powder. I am guessing about 2650-2700 but I am probably high.

Does anyone know if the studs they use are removable or are they a permanent install? I plan to go to an atlas bipod in the future and will be installing a rail but for now will need the stud for my current bipod. Just wondering if I can get an answer here so I dont have to call down.
