    300 gr .338 from a 338-06??

    Anybody tried any 300 gr bullets from a 338-06? I know that the oomph is way less than any of the .338 magnums but was just curious. I have gotten really good accuracy out of mine with 225 and 250 gr bullets but the 300gr Bergers got me thinking about trying them. Just thinking. Thanks Lee
