There are numerous ways to do it and we do something similar. It's a matter of adding "area" to an otherwise confined space. Our new actions have numerous accommodations for debris designed into the receiver and bolt.

No issues at all John. The design of the magazine precludes the use of the Pre-load piston. The tab on the piston doesn't contact the magazine, so the alignment swell on the mouth of the mag remains properly oriented to the receiver.
