    I just bought a rem 700 308p. Itcame with a tact rail and I really like the look. The problem is the scope is so off center that I dont have enough left to right adjustment to get it centerd. Plus Im not sure how off the up down is. What can I do to fix this problem and keep the rail. I am new...
