    Help ID’ing unfolding “sniper” pack.

Actually the Eagle HRSC has shoulder straps on the other side to carry it like a rucksack. It was the first thing that came to my mind as well. Eagle made those and later Galati made a version. Triad made a shooting mat that you could add shoulder straps to, more of a minimalist version...

    FBI Sniper Rifles

And at the end of the day we used what was issued and figured it out. It’s not like they opened up the gun store and let us have what we thought we wanted. We used what we had.

    Sordin Headsets

The term Sordin is a bit off these days. There are a few places using the cups and headsets putting their electronics in them. Safariland / Tac Comm / etc. I always put gel pads on them and sometimes put foam earplugs in when shooting bigger stuff. I’ve killed the electronics in an original...

    .224 Valkyrie

I was simply not wanting to modify the White Oak set up. What handguard are you using?

    .224 Valkyrie

I’ve done fine with my AR out to 800. It’s tough out to 1,000 or so. 850 at Pig River was it was good and I it’s got a small round hand guard so it’s much harder to shoot off a a bag and the props due to the handguard. If it was a flat bottom it would be easier but who wants easy.

What is with all the Profanity???

And this point. This isn’t the military or LE. This is a podcast, a match, or class. No one wants to make a difference, rather just point to this same thing. That said I don’t care at all what Frank or whomever say as they teach their class. If I didn’t like it I’ll go elsewhere and vote with...

    5.56 becoming obsolete

I have to agree, it’s largely a matter of if the industrial complex could support it anytime soon.

.223 neck tension; what am I doing soooo wrong? (RESOLVED, READ ORIGINAL POST)

Put the Forester die back together and adjust it properly, I’ve not seen any reason to run bushing dies, especially with an AR.

What did you do in the reloading room today?

A few hours in the tumbler and it’s ready to move on.

What did you do in the reloading room today?

I will wet tumble it later in the process. I’ve played around with it both as an early step and as the last step before priming. At this point I’ve been wet tumbling after trimming.
