So. I have a 43x with a Patmos slide, factory internals except for a Strike Industries back plate and Faxon barrel. Every 10-15 rounds I get a light strike on primer and it doesn't fire. However, I can put that round back in the mag and it goes the second time. Any thoughts?

Sorry if this has been dealt with elsewhere! I'm doing a legend build, and just noticed the standard AR mags won't load the rounds. I saw some articles on modifying Lancer mags but is this the only good option?

Howdy, So my buddy just got expert marksman and advanced swimming at USMC boot camp. Is this something special, or just a notation that he isn't a complete novice? He's also staying an extra week at Pendleton for some sort of training. I think it's week 8 or 9 now? Anyway just curious. Thanks. D

OK so this may be a stupid question... How the hell do I sight in a thermal device? It's got a reticle but I can't see definition on a regular paper target. Hot water bottles? Couldn't find anything on search. Thanks.

Guys, I'm in the market for a good thermal optic. Can a quality one be had for less than $10K? It's probably going on a 30-06.

So I just got a Phantom 5C2 for my AR, but it doesn't line up correctly. With a crush washer in place, the "bottom" tightens to 90f off center. Without the washer, it lines up correctly but I'm afraid to tighten it too much and it keeps coming loose. Any thoughts?

So I looked/searched around, but I can't find what I'm looking for. 1. can I simply reverse the safety on my AR for my lefthanded shooting? 2. Is there a way to have an ambidextrous mag release on the AR15? thanks, D

So I just finished my first AR build, and of course I needed a free float handguard. Its all good right? Well, first time out to the range the other day I noticed the handguard getting hot. Its just a standard aluminum freefloat, no rails. But after only 30-40 rounds, it was unpleasantly warm...

Guys, Can anyone tell me how to reverse the control lever on my USP? It obviously doesn't mention it in the owner manual and I'd like to switch it to shoot lefthanded. Maybe there's already a thread on it but I couldn't find any such thread. D
