Gunsmithing x mark trigger question

I was wondering if there are any tricks to lighten the weight on an x mark trigger other than buying a new one all together. The adj. screw works like it is suppose to (to a point). would like to get it down to about 2 lbs but seems to bottom out at about 3 1/2 to 4. Any suggestions? Thanks...

Re: Black Hills 68gr match in 20" 1:9 barrel I'm new, just getting started in competition shooting so 500 yds will be my absolute max right now. Probably more like 300. I have plenty of experience hunting 100 to 200 yds but quickly found out that shooting on paper is a whole new ball game...

Range Report Black Hills 68gr match in 20" 1:9 barrel

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this ammo? I have a rem sps 223 tactical with a 1:9 twist that i'm having a hard time finding a factory load for. Any comments welcome. Thanks

Hunting & Fishing 243 Federal Fusion

Has anyone had any experience with the performance of the 243 Fusion on whitetails. Or any recommendations on a good factory load. I'll be shooting a Savage 110 243.
