    Hi, I just purchased a Savage Model 93 22. Magnum. It is an excellant shooting rifle, I want to add a new bolt knob. The only problem is i dont know what the size of the knobs thread is, So if anyone can help pleeeaaasse do. I wanted to order from Bolt knobs by bill.

    Re: Budget rifle project Hey, Although I have never done it, you can always take a tree branch (evergreen, leaves, or even hay) and hold it to the gun. Just make sure you cover whatever you do not want painted. try it on some cardboard, maybe you will like it.
