Has anybody rebarreled a Savage 93R17? Currently own one that doesn't shoot as well as I would like and am curious if an aftermarket barrel is an option. Any gunsmith's willing to work on it?

Hey guys, I have a HS Precision rifle Pro-Hunter that I am planning to rebarrel to 260Rem. Was wanting to swap out the bottom metal to an AICS style magazine to allow for the longer COAL. Was wondering if any one has done this with the HS actions, if it is even possible? Thanks

Hey guys, just want to double check. Putting a 20MOA rail on my Rem700 SA with sendaro contour for barrel. From what I gathered, I should be able to get away with medium height rings (Mark4) for a 50mm objective. Using a Leupold Mark4 scope.
