    I have tried the V3 with the 338 lapua muzzle brake. Then I preferred using to extend the hand-guard with a metal plate rail, where on the end to fix the v3 keeping it more distant from the muzzle blast and vibration.

    This is also a solution, but reading this thread I was thinking to find a solution to both, large brake and fixing to the hand guard, not to the barrel.

    I'm very happy too for its user-friendless. Less for the enlarged dimension that was supposed for larger muzzle brakes. But not for my Ruger Rpr in 338 LM that seems to be too big, to which I must find a easy solution.

    I've tried some .22lr subsonic (Fiocchi, Winchester, Rws) with the preset sensivity level 2 and work fine. Tested a second time and had problems of miss red, till I set to level 5. Thanks for sharing and giving confirm.

    Hi, I have the Rpr in .338lm and I would like firmly suggest it to you. I was desiring that caliber since a long time. Trg42 and old Accuracy Intl were in my dreams, but their budget needed, also for used, was a lot. Ruger has: AR platform, 30 moa rail, huge and well woking muzzel brake...
