Re: Any one Conceal Carry with pistol light? I've been seriously thinking about adding a Surefire x300 to my CCW and carrying it. I've always said to myself that I wouldn't carry a pistol with an attached light concealed, but I'm slowly leaning that way. It's an inner turmoil...LOL. The...
Re: Dry firing Conservatively speaking, I must have dry fired over 5,000 times with my Sig P226. It still goes bang every time. Don't worry, your Sig will be fine.
Re: M&P compact With the technology of the 9mm today, you should feel very confident with it. Most shooters can fire faster follow up shots more accurately with the 9mm also. Practice ammo is less expensive too. Shot placement and/or pain compliance will end a bad situation. To answer your...
Re: You just can't make this stuff up ... Too bad the girl didn't kick him in the groin and cause permanent damage. Uh, actually that hurts me just thinking about that. What a dirtbag!
Re: Botachtactical I got the short end of the stick with them 2 1/2 years ago with an order. After horrible customer service over a 2 week period to rectify the issue, I gave up on them. I haven't ordered anything from them since.
Re: Gang banger's bad choice of the week... I'm glad that the police officer is safe. It's good that the officer was covering down with his pistol. Many underestimate the distance that someone can travel with a knife. As we saw, this POS was close when he fell to the ground.
Re: suggestions9mm for the wife My wife has a Glock 19, and it would be a fine choice. I would check out a S&W M&P9 and a Walther PPS also. See which fits her hands best. Since your wife now enjoys the shooting sport, you are in a perfect position to add new items to your inventory...LOL...
Re: Acuracy and reliability between G17 and baretta 92 I purchased a Beretta 92FS when I turned 21. At that time, it served it's purpose as a target gun. Fast forward to present day (17 yrs. later..yikes!), that Beretta is long gone. Between the two, the Glock 17 is the clear choice for me...
Re: I drink the CrossBreed Supertuck Cool-Aid!!!!!!!!! I held off for a long time on trying the CrossBreed holster. I received one a few months ago, and I love it. It's very comfortable and conceals my full size Glock extremely well. I highly recommend it.
Re: S&W 1911 9mm Pro Series My buddy purchased one several months ago, and he loves it. I fired a few boxes of FMJ through it, and it was smooth and accurate. If you're looking for a reliable, accurate 9mm 1911, the S&W Pro Series is a nice pistol.
Re: 40 S&W vs 9mm I was issued a Glock 23 as a duty pistol years ago and have put many rounds through it. My current duty pistol is a Sig P226 chambered in .40, which has over 10,000 rounds through it. I own a Glock 19 and absolutely love it. With either the G19 or G23, time behind the gun...
Re: The NEW XDM 45 ACP **Review** I held an XDm 45 this morning and wanted to take it home with me. It felt great in my hand, as does my XDm 9mm. Thanks for your review.
Re: glock slide staying open after every shot I definitely agree with the last few posts. Look at your thumb position to ensure that it is not putting upward pressure (even slightly) on the slide stop.
