Re: Shoulder bump question. I'm sure there are others out there if you look, but off the top of my head I know Forster makes a die that will do this. You can neck size and bump the shoulder, and if you only want to bump the shoulder, you just remove the bushing and you are ready to go.

Re: RCBS case trimmer help Are you sure the plate is on the correct way? The beveled portion of the plate should be facing the cutter, not away from it. It might seem obvious, but its easy to check.
