    I've not seen brass. But I did score 400 loaded cases of 55 grain fmj. Shot that and loaded with 77 smk. Hammers. And for the price i got the loaded ammo, I basically shot it for free.

    For a gas gun i think starline would probably be the best choice price and quality wise for what your shooting it in. I've seen people use starline in gasgun at matches around here. They haven't had any issues.

    That i don't know. But 25.8 is max load from their website. But I'm assuming with a bolt gun. I think your issue is the bolt. You swapped a new bolt in. Measure the newly fired cases and the old fired cases from the old bolt. Headspace probably decreased.
