Zak, Definitely interested. I did not see any details on the pistol course of fire or format on the CD site. As I don't have anything aside from my .22 buck mark and .44 revolver what would I be getting myself into here? Thanks! Mark

    Trimming the Feed Ramp?

I wouldnt say that you have to go through this at all depending on how long you want to load. I have a McRees and only run into issues if I load long. I found that if I keep the rounds under 2.850 i dont get any feeding issues in my rifle. That said, with my long Rem 700 throat I am...

What size steel are you shooting out past 1k?

I use a 14" square target when I am out past 700 meters or so. I have a 5" round, a 10" round and the 14" square at my "range". I basically hike out to a few known distances of 710M, 900M 1010M. There are definitely days where I scare the target more than I actually hit it when at ~1000yd...

Re: I / my wife needs better kitchen knives. I can speak for the Wusthof and Henckels a bit. My wife and I have had the Henckels and a Wusthof for a long time now and they are one of the best investments we made. THe Henckels are harder steel, keep their edge longer and are more difficult...

    Question about Shooting Prone

Re: Question about Shooting Prone I myself had some issues a while ago with regards to recoil and my collarbone. I am also relatively lean and found it uncomfortable with bruising after only a few rounds to park a rifle on my collarbone. I found that actually locating the butt just below my...

    Need help with feeding problem

Re: Need help with feeding problem I had a similar problem with a different setup. Essentially the bolt wasnt traveling back fully (operator and setup issue) and would catch on the base instead of all the way back on the rim. The round would move forward and cam upwards between the magazine...
