Rifle Scopes Leupold Custom Shop??

Curious if anyone knows if Leupold will do a custom duplex reticle with moa marks on the horizontal line for windage compensation? I tried calling them a few times and was unable to talk to someone. Thanks in advance.

Does anybody have a pic of Krieger fluted #5 ?
