Im workin on a new project and im stumped on what kind of twist rate I should get on a 20" bartlein barrel. And im also wondering if i should add a surefire muzzle brake?

I'm wondering what kind of loads you have used for your own .308. And possibly what kind of load would be best for a 26 in. barrel, 5r, and 1 in 11 1/4 in. twist rate?

Im trying to find i nice range that has those extended ranges up to 1000 yds but haven't been to find any. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
