Yes.

It only headspaces in association with the bolt head. You can swap your original one onto another body/handle. Headspace on rimmed cartridges is measured from breech face to the face of the bolt. As an aside, if you have one out of spec you can try different bolt heads to correct headspace.

I would expect some of this, people are assholes. But, I'd make it very weird and awkward. Crawling across the line and telling them to say it to my face would probably be hilarious.

Since they have been pulled and reloaded with different projectiles, I'd doubt they have much value at all. Probably be some interest on the boxes, but the tape is an issue. Still cool though.

Lord. Disregarding what looks like linear galling in the blank, (edited to avoid dogpile). In the throat you have radial tool marks that look like a somewhat dull reamer or not cleaning it out as the chamber was cut. For the sake of impartiality and competence, get it to a known good smith like LRI.
