I am looking for a match scope for my try 22. Trying to decide between the 2. How much better is the eye box on the 4-16? Also if I go with the 5-25 I will obviously go with the Msr reticle. Does it get to thick on 25x? And if I am doing a match and want to shoot it at around 15x for...

I am looking at the hensoldts in FFP. I obviously prefer the 4-16 because of the NH1 ret. I was just wondering if the 4-16 is as easy to get behind as the 3-12? And if there are any negative if I go with the 4-16 over the 3-12. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Leupold Mark 4 ER/T 4.5-14x50 TMR Its a nice scope. If you don't mind the extra weight and the 34mm tube I do believe that the Bushnell HDMR with the g2 reticle is superior.

Re: Actual experience with trg 42 I get 2720fps with the 300 gr scenars. 91.0 grs of h1000 Seated to may length. That's not a Max load but I can only shoot out to 1000yrds right now. The accuracy is insane. 300yds and out it is well under half moa. I highly recommend the rifle.

Re: Most accurate .338LM under $6000? Another vote for the Trg 42. I believe the groups shown in the pictures. Some of the groups I have shot surprised the hell out fo me. Plus the trg really does have the best trigger out there.
