    Rifle Scopes Scope mount - is this too close?

    I mounted a scope/rings combo I purchased used from a member on this board. The scope mounts level, but *just* makes contact with the rail system on the barrel of the rifle. Do I need taller rings? Thanks, John

    Rifle Scopes Recommendation - where to buy Nightforce Scope?

    Put out a few calls to local Atlanta distributors and got a huge price variance for the basic NXS 5.5-22x50 scope (ie. no zero stop or mil turrets). Anyone have a recommendation as to where to buy one of these new? Best, John

    Moly coated ammunition and barrel break-in

    From what I've been reading here, it looks like many have had problems with moly coated ammo and have sworn it off.
