I'm about ready for a new project. I have a Rem.700 varmint spec., a older "80's" one, in .243. I want to re-barrel to 6.5Crmr. I have been reading about the Muller barrels and want a opinion on them. Most of my shooting bud's are running Bartlain's. We mostly shoot from the bench at 300 yrds...
I have asked this before, to no avail...I have built a "bench" stock for a Savage 110. I am in need of a "escutchen for the front screw....Does any know where I can find such a thing? thanks
I have a question. I am thinking on getting the Sightron S111 10-50x60 scope. The specs. show 50 of elevation. I have a 20moa rail on a Savage110 in 6.5 Creedmoor. The question is, can I get a 100 -200yrd. zero or do I need more elevation? I had a few cheaper 1" scopes on it and I had to aim way...
Need some help finding a part. I'm looking for a Bezel?.... eschutchen?.... Fancy ass washer to go on the bottom of a stock, where the take down screw goes through...I have seen it for sale on a site, but damned if I can find it...they were about 20$ has anyone seen this? thanks
I have read that 700 parts interchange with a 40x, SO, is it possible , if all the parts were gathered, could a person build a rem. 700 in 22lr...is a barrel and bolt all that is needed?
Has anyone used the Score High pillars for a S/A 700? I have a 80's REM 700 .308 varmint that I have in a maple lam stock and I want to pillar and bed it..I have used the bedding compound from them and I like it.
