    tips on reloading for ar-10 chambered in .308

    Besides mag length, do you guys have any advise on reloading for a semi auto rifle in .308? Do I do the same process as with bolt actions? Will the brass from my bolt gun suffice without leaving ejector marks, or should I load lighter on the powder. Thank you for the input.

    I got to finally check these out in person today. Very nice looking and pretty clear. The guy was nice enough to let me fire off 3 rounds with his gun so I can test elevation adjustment. "Guess what?" It sucks! First 10 moa up was 9 3/4", 2nd was 7 1/4", and 3rd was 11". WTF!

    What would cause my velocity to go up so much faster than the manuals? My manuals says that maximum loads for 180gr. bullets over IMR 4064 is 45.2gr. at 2683fps, @ 44.5gr.
