QUOTE=Dogtown;2981728]Yes, a .375CT can be made close to .338LM system weight, but will kick like a mule. In fact, I think Kiwi Greg has a lightweight .375 variant... To the OP, why do you want a .338LM? I see a lot of guys who're used to shooting .308s out to 500 or 600 yards suddenly make...
If you were wanting a 338 who would you go with and why ? Use ? hunting and or matches I was looking at R Bros or Surgeon rifles. Thanks in advance for replies. FWIW- I used the search funcion and didn't get much.

To all Walter and smiml7 I am here to apologize again. I will man up and admit that I should not have posted what I did. I can give you my word that this will not happen again. My sincere hope is that everyone here will not hold this against me and we can start fresh. I was just frustrated...

What took yours so long? I mailed two in first week of January 2013 and had them approved in September 2013. Nine months to the day. Why ask such a question? If I knew what took that long then I would be able to shed some light on the time frame that it takes from start to finish. Your...
Sorry Walter but in all due respect I don't believe that. I sent mine in the second weeK of Jan13 and received my stamp 2 days before Christmas of 13. You must be a special person Walter in the eye's of the ATF. QUOTE=R.Walters;2916726]Sent form 4 Efile October 18th Recieved stamps...
I'm partial to Badger and have them on my bolt guns as well as my GAP10. I have also used Seekins in the past which you might want to take a look at. Good luck in your quest.
I just started to brake in my second GAP 10 yesterday and used Fed American Eagle 150 grain. After 11 rounds of using GAPS instuctions, I started using the Fed 168 FGMM and it's shooting 3/8-1/2" groups so as TesadMade said-" If it's a shooter its gonna shoot no matter what in my opinion."
It's my belief that we all should e mail them and let them know why we won't be supporting them with out bussiness. I would think that when they see scores of leters coming in they will change their minds. Then at that point, in another letter, tell them screw you, you should have thought...
I was just trying to inform all what I read. It's up to the individual to consider this if he decides to have the flutes or not. I thought the whole idea of this site was to try to help others. I guess not. BTW your signature seems to be fitting.
