I'm surprised your RPRR doesn't shoot better than that with the Shaw barrel. You may want to do some bedding. My Shaw barreled RPRR shoots groups like that at 100 yards after fixing the bedding. It was shooting 1.5"-2.5" groups at 100 before bedding.
