This. You’re splitting hairs at this point because you’re looking at two very high end optics. In addition, each persons eyes are going to be a little different. That said, I’ve consistently been able to resolve images faster and with less eye fatigue on an SB. I ended up selling my Kahles...
What do you mean by "touchy"? Do you mean that it's not as forgiving and that you have to be in the right spot in order to see clearly through it? If so, that's someone common on them. Once you set it up just right, it should be perfect every time you look through it. The eye box is not as...
I have owned most every 1911 and the TRP is a great gun in that price range. BUT, the 20 LPI front strap checkering is too aggressive in my opinion and creates an uncomfortable shooting experience. For that reason alone I recommend the Dan Wesson with 25 LPI checkering. The Les Baer is super...
I have owned all but the march, so take this with a grain of salt. I just sold my las SB 5-25 and went with the Kahles 624. Kahles is the tactical arm of Swarovski and so the edge to edge clarity and overall brightness is fantastic. The tunneling on the SB was really annoying, but more so I was...
Welcome to the club! Great rifles, and you get so used to shooting them that regular bolt actions feel out of sorts. The only reason I still have another bolt action is that Mark from SAC hasn't released the 223 conversion just yet. What's up with that Mark?!? :)
The MK6 is very tidy. Of that list, it's my favorite because it tracks well, has great glass, and seems pretty tough. I've used each scope on that whole list except the Premier Hunter, and I'm a fan of the MK6. Good luck!
I shot my 6.5CM out to 1440yds here in Colorado. It was a lob, but it stayed pretty consistent after I got the wind figured out. Overall my favorite round to shoot - low recoil, high BC, cheap high quality factory loads . . . it's hard to beat for overall value and performance. Good luck!

Re: FN Ballista Sorry to get this back on track . . . but I just talked to an FN dealer who said the Ballista will only be available in 308 and 300wm here in the states because they banned the importation of the 338lm version. Sound odd to you guys?
Re: Vortex razor hd binos Do you guys notice any "fisheye" to the vortex binos? I looked through some Leupy HD's and they were pretty annoying, so I want to make sure the Vortex are not that way. I'm looking for a good pair around $600 and so it sounds like the Vortex might be the way to go.
