    Re: Re-Barrel or new Rifle? Torque the action bolts equally. Check your barrel channel to make sure your free-float is clear. If that doesn't work, a fair gunsmith will charge $60-$100 for a re-crown. If that doesn't improve the groups, then you're looking at a full rebarrel and action...
