I have a Magpul CTR stock on my AR it has a QD sling attachment. Is there a product that will attach to my picitany rail and allow me to attach a QD sling swivel there as well. Thanks in advance for any info.

Re: Learning to build AR style rifles??? I read "Gunsmithing the AR-15" by Patrick Sweeney. It was one of the best books I have ever read. Between this book and the Brownells videos you should not have any issues building an AR.

Re: Badger M2008 or GAP Templar for my custom build? I apologize for not making myself as clear as I should have. I would be looking at either a barreled action or complete build from GAP. I just would like to know the pros and cons of each. I appreciate the input.

I have a POF P415 16" and a Weaver 3-10x40 tac. I've been searching the forum but can't find a difinitve answer. Due to the slightly raised rail height what is the appropriate ring height?

I was just wondering what the military special operations actully use submachine guns for. Are their specific scenarios in which they are used? If so what are they? Also, what features would you be looking for in the next generation of sub guns?
