If it has a 99 on the eyepiece it's from a Type 99 the stamped number on the back of the mount is the rifle # it is matched to. I'd be interested seriously if the number was 6277.

IMO and experience Win and Horn Match have same characteristics, i.e. case vol., weight, etc. They both allow greater case fill to get to optimum velocities for long range work. .308 Silhouette load Load Books as H4198 min. 32gr max. 34gr. using 165-170gr bullets. I personally have loaded in my Ishaphore 2A1 up to 33gr. of H4189 in a LC case topped with 174gr M118 FMJ Moly projectiles. No high pressure signs or effects.

You are new. Yes? It depends on the rifle. Manuals are guides and don't use different size chambers, barrels, cases, primers, lots of powder and bullets. This is why you start low and work up to a load, watching for pressure signs.
