    I'd say that is exactly right. I remember working for a Telecom manufacturing company way way back in the dim past when I was a kid. (GTE Lenkurt in the early '70's). Quality Control folks were real clear that "You cannot inspect in quality, you can only inspect for quality".

    I've had nothing but a good experience with this gun. I completely wore one out after a couple years and bought another but when you take it apart for cleaning several times a day on average I suppose it's to be expected.
