Definately get the amax seater plug. It will distribute pressure over the bullet more evenly and is less likely to distort the tip. Also, you should be able to load them out further in most rifles 3.34" is pretty short for the long sleek ogive on the 208. Bb

I have better luck with h 4831sc and 190's in mine than h1000. H1000 loads are pretty compressed to get up to speed. You could probably run up to 208's pretty easy with that twist. Bb
