    Rifle Scopes Savage 10 / HDMR / TPS Rings way off paper

    I just purchased a Savage 10 / Bushnell tactical HDMR / TPS med Rings / and Brownells “flat” scope base. I recently went to the range to zero at 100 yards. I noticed that it is shooting 15 mils high 10 mils right and my knobs are bottomed out. Am I doing something wrong here I do not...
