People are dumb, identify your whole target.. some idiot just may be wearing a deer head and cape on private land you are hunting. He's alive because more than one of us wanted to see the "deer" a couple more steps out in the clearing to take a cleaner shot.
I have a pair of them.. honestly the set I have is junk. I'd get something else. I've had very bad back to back experience's with Weaver products though. The reason I detest my set is that there is visible air pockets and bubbles on the bearing surface of the rings where they contact the scope.
I have the 6.5-20 model on my rifle and while i don't have much experience with other optics i've been very pleased with mine and would like to get the 4.5-14 model for a .223 build. I know many on here prefer other brands but i've been happy with my purchase and would do it again. I might add...

While i'd love to say i'm proud to have remington in my home state... currently under their current ownership they can put much together right. Looking at the lever guns at the LGS and all four of remington rifles and shotguns came with some issue some bigger than others. Now that they are...
I don't know if there is something special about that particular press.. But if it's just the press, I only paid $40 for my RCBS JR3 used but near perfect no real wear.
Some day in the near future i'd like to build a rifle from scratch using the rem-age barrel system. What i would like though is the quality of a custom with the features ie: sako extractor, one piece bolt and bolt knob with extension, and maybe even a side bolt release. But the looseness of a...
