Need help w/ a 223 load

I'm just starting to reload and I need a load for smk 69g 223 with imr 4895 powder I'm shooting out of a 16" 1/7 twist could someone please tell me a normal load and your favorite for this set up Primmers were cci #400 Thanks, Jim

Quick reloading question

Just starting to reload. I will be reloading 223 for an AR bullets are 69g Sierra bthp. My question is does it Need to be crimped and are there pros and cons of crimping Thanks Jim
