Noveske 16" chrome barrel lo pro ?

Any members own and if so, please provide opinions on reliability, build quality, etc. Also,do not see weight on website - heavy rifle? Thanks for any input or providing other rifles to look at. Primary uses will be or shooting paper from 25-100 yards, plinking, and home defense. Also looking...
