What are the real world expectations for this round at 100 yards? Can 220 grain subsoincs group 1/2" out or a suppressed 9.5" barrel with an 'Improved' match chamber doing 1000 fps at the muzzle. Is less than 1/2" at 100 yards achievable? Or are manufactures making claims like this...
I have a Surgeon .260 with a built in 20 MOA Rail and have just got a mount with a built in 40 MAO elevation. Question is is 60 MOA pre load to much to allow me to be able to obtain a zero at 100 yards? Scope is a S&B PMII 5-25 x 56 Thanks in advance.
Well I've finally got hold of my new rifle and have taken some pictures. Won't get to shoot it before Thursday next week and that will just be to run it in as I'm waiting for some Lapua Cases before I work up a load for it. Any advice on load development welcome as I'm new to .260 Remington...
