Thanks for the welcome back. I believe heavily in factory representatives participating on forums to support their product, but sometimes given certain personalities that participate on here, the decision to continue doing so from a corporate perspective is difficult. I'm a shooter and...
Guys....I haven't been on here posting in a loooong time due to some issues that arose a few years ago. I work for Nightforce on the MIL-GOV-LE side of the house. I most likely won't post much beyond this, so I apologize if you ask questions and I don't follow up in a timely manner or at all...

Parallax adjustment is dictated by design. If there is not a focus lens in front of the erector(adjusted by the side knob typically), the parallax is fixed by setting the objective lens or by using an Adjustable Objective(AO). Magnification nor objective size have anything to do with it...
I would venture to say that what you are feeling is not normal. The BEAST has a very smooth, almost too smooth of feel in focus adjustment. I would contact our Customer Service team to obtain an RMA for return so that it can be looked at and repaired if necessary. The focus adjustment operates...
This is the first that such a problem has been identified and it was forwarded on to the appropriate staff for review. It sounds as if the fix was a simple one. Had we known it was such a simple fix, there may have been a simpler solution provided, but given this was the first occurrence being...
I will agree that the S&B PMII 5-25 has been the Gold Standard for the past several years and has pretty much been unchallenged......until recently. There are several companies stepping up to the plate with equal or better quality and performance and all will be compared to the S&B 5-25 PMII
The MOAR and the MOAR-T are just reticle options in the ATACR scope. The only difference is that the "T" is half as thick as the MOAR. "T" stands for Target. The "T" is very thin. The MOAR was meant to be a field/tactical reticle.
