    replacing m1a bolt stop

    looking for some direction on replacing a m1a bot stop. is there a special tool to taking out the roll pin? does the roll pin come out in one direction and goes back in the same. i use a small allen wrench and while pounding on it nearly damage the rifle. any advise would be appreciated...
