Re: out of the box .308? go to the savage 10 or 12 if you can still find aa 12 in 308 i have one of each and the 10 love to eat the 12 is a little more moody about its food.

Re: Rear Bag i have a old leather bag that i love fill it with the little plastic bb's that they use to mke plastic bag and i love it. had sand in it but change to the plastic for wieght. i got it at the waly world
