    Re: Weaver V24 or Sightron II thanks for the answers, do you mean if going Sightron it is better to get SIII not SII. With Weavers I have read V24 has clarity issues above 20mag. But have heard all good things about V16 though. Any other brands in my budget which I should consider.

    I am planning to get a target scope for mt CZ 452 mainly for target practice and plinking. I am thinking about Weaver V24 or Sightron SII 6-24X. Any inputs which one should I go with? My budget is $400.
