    I am ordinary everyday guy but I love the HK UMP .45 how hard is it to get the proper Stamp to own one of these legally. I was reading the BATF Form I have no law enforcement or military back ground. I am just a hobby shooter. the 200$ fee does not bother me just looking for some experience...
