    Mosin Scopes on ebay

    Anyone shed light on the quality of the Mosin scopes from UK or Russia on ebay. I am totally ignorant in this area but some of the recent threads have got me interested. Lots of listings and pretty complete but are they decent or faked copies?

    Sabot Material

    Anyone with experience in this area? If one wanted to play around with some ideas what or is there an ideal or prefered material to make sabots with? .30 cal rifles 2500-3100fps neighborhood.

    Original M-24 SWS Spec?

    In the ELR thread on MK 248 MOD 1 ammo I made a statement refuting that the long action on the 24 was for utilization of the M72 .30cal Match cartridge. I did so sincerely as over many years in the military marksmanship community I had not heard this statement. Not at AMU, Bragg, or anywhere...
